Ensure you bring photo identification, all necessary documents, and witnesses if required. This is a free service, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The notary may refuse service if the documents are not satisfactorily completed, the ID is unacceptable, witnesses are not supplied by the signers, or if patrons are discourteous to library staff.
